There is plenty of information in the public space about yoga - what it is, it's 8 limbs, the science behind it and so on. There are certainly more respected sources than us you can turn to and read all you wish to know. 

We will tell you briefly what YOGA means to us.

 

Yoga is your natural state

You cannot do yoga. It is something we tend to lose with time and certain circumstances of the contemporary life, however our soul secretly desires to go back to that natural state. Yoga is the perfect opportunity to be curious about who you are - explore and get to know and love yourself. Because it is only then that you can fully love others. 

Yoga is the fountain of youth

There is plenty of evidence - yoga keeps you youthful and benefits your health. There are purely physical effects and psychological ones. Combined they just make you feel at your best. And when you feel at your best, you act at your best. 

Yoga is possible for anyone who really wants it

You will need to practice and have a lot of compassion. 

If your compassion does not include yourself, it is not complete. Practice and all is coming.

Believe and all is coming

If you truly believe and set your mind to something, you will do it, because the whole Universe will put in an effort and help you out.

We create our lives by manifesting what we want. So go wild, dream, set goals, believe in them and chase them with all of your heart.

Yoga is the practice of quieting the mind

Yoga is the key to controlling our mind and our life instead of it controlling us. Sounds handy, right?

Here comes asana - the physical practice of yoga. It trains us to control the body and through that we discover the ability to also control our mind – the ultimate goal. Control over our hectic and always busy mind will result in a proactive and different approach to life.

Live and do what you love

To us, yoga is the lifestyle of living in and enjoying every moment.

It’s simple – do more of what you love and find things that you love in what you do. This is the key to happiness.

And you deserve to be happy.
